Being 3 Rated (It really hurts)
It really hurts when you worked harder and harder through out the year and finally you are rated as average.
As per the Wikipedia "A performance appraisal (PA) or performance evaluation is a systematic and periodic process that assesses an individual employee’s job performance and productivity in relation to certain pre-established criteria and organizational objectives." but it really hurts when someone got Exceeds Expectations rating by doing nothing other than flattering of the managers.
